E.A. Juffali & Brothers denies reports of relocation of operations outside Saudi Arabia

JEDDAH: E.A. The Juffali & Brothers Group categorically denied reports claiming that it plans to relocate its operations or offices, describing the information circulating on social media and in some outlets as false.

The Group said its headquarters, operations, and investments remain in Saudi Arabia and emphasized that it has no plans to change this.

Founded in the UK in 1936, E.A. Juffali & Brothers said it grew alongside Saudi Arabia for eight decades and remains committed to investing in the country's future, aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 ambitions.

The Group also denied that its president Khaled Ahmed Juffali, or any authorized representative, issued a statement about a possible relocation.

"Any comment attributed to him is fabricated," said the Group.

E.A. Juffali & Brothers said it reserves the right to take legal action against any party that deliberately publishes false information about the Group and asked media outlets to rely on its official channels for verified information.
